Q. How long does it take to close?

    A.  We can close in as little as a few days or however long you may need.

Q.  How much will it cost me?

   A.  We pay for all closing fees except any outstanding taxes.  We can sometimes pay those for you as well and roll them in the deal.  

Q.  What's your commission?

   A.  We do not charge any commissions.  

Q.  Can I take what I want and leave the rest?

   A.  Sure, you can take whatever belongings you'd like and leave everything else.  

Q.  Are there inspections?

   A.  Typically we only do a quick walk through of the property.  If we feel an additional inspection is needed we will pay for it and will schedule with your upfront.

Q.  Who does all the contracts and paperwork?

   A.  We handle all documents and contracts and will go through it all line by line to ensure you are comfortable and understand everything.  Please ask if you have questions.

Q.  What if I live in another state; do I need to come there to close or sign the contract?

   A.  No.  We can handle all contracts and documents through digital signatures with email or can mail you the paperwork and you mail it back.  The closing can be done remotely and will be overnight mailed to you and you can mail it back to the title company.  They can either mail your check to you or they can wire your funds to your bank account.
